Traffic conditions, unusual destinations and\/or special requests may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fees for service (Coachella Valley)<\/strong><br \/>\nBase: $15 per signature + travel fee<br \/>\nTravel fees are as follows:<br \/>\n$75 during regular business hours 9am-6pm M-F<br \/>\n$95 travel 6:00-10:00pm<br \/>\n$125 travel after 10:00 pm<br \/>\nWeekend appointments $90 travel fee minimum<br \/>\nParking fees may be additional<\/p>\n<p>Over 15 miles or special circumstances- Call for quote<br \/>\nCredit cards accepted.<br \/>\nLoan Packages (includes escrow pick-up and drop off of docs)<br \/>\n1st Trust Deed Loan Signing &#8211; $200.00<br \/>\nE-Doc printing $35 (includes duplicate)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Fees and Services<\/strong><br \/>\nFedEx \/ UPS dropoff &#8211; $20<br \/>\nPrinting and fax- $.25 \/pg (discounts may apply)<br \/>\nCourier service- call for quote<\/p>\n<p>Fees for excessive waiting times apply (after first 15 min.) &#8211; $1 per minute.<\/p>\n<p>All signers to be acknowledged must have valid government issued photo ID.<\/p>\n<p>Notary will provide the following California forms (if required): All Purpose Acknowledgement, and Jurat.<\/p>\n<p>Notary may perform oaths and affirmations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notary may not offer any legal advice.
